FIVEFOLD

This is a well-plotted and satisfying read from Nathan Burrage, and I'd urge you all to grab a copy of Fivefold, which is billed by the publishers as a "world class religious thriller". No disputing that!

FIVEFOLD

As I read this novel I was reminded of two very different artistic items: the film Raiders of the Lost Ark and the novel Black Easter by James Blish. This novel is something of a cross between the two: mixing some of the adventure of the Spielberg/Lucas film with the arcane demonology of Blish's book.
There is a lot of talent at work here. This is the author's first novel, and, on this evidence, he's going to be one to watch.

FIVEFOLD

This first novel by Sydney author Nathan Burrage presages greater things to come...this gifted young writer has elected to follow his own path and has come up with a straightforward, well-told tale: easy to read and with sound characterization... After this glimpse into Burrage's ability, readers will await his next offering with interest.

FIVEFOLD

Above all, FIVEFOLD is just plain entertaining. With synaptic sparring, mental warring, and clandestine cabals – FIVEFOLD displays an absolute impressive debut and a novel that could perhaps teach even veterans a thing or two about the game. There are many layers to the plot…Without any question, FIVEFOLD went straight to the top of the list as one of the better novels I read during the year.

FIVEFOLD

Fivefold is an eerie debut novel from Sydney author Nathan Burrage. Exploring ancient supernatural forces and rewriting historic, biblical and mythologic events, the modern day story changes the lives of the five central characters but also sees a reshaping of the future. Gripping reading.
